Taking inspiration from his upbringing in an anonymous northern village, Sam Nowell presents “Am I The It In British?” - a collection of clothes that interrogates themes of village life, folklore and tradition. Gingham dreams, Tweed fantasies, Wool obsessions. All accompanied by George Cox on foot and Benny Andallo’s crowns on head.   Fields upon fields upon fields upon fields, streets upon streets upon streets, as much as you may want to, you can never run away from that village life. It may disappear for a while, but it’ll come back looking better than ever, and you’ll have no choice but to invite it in for tea & toast.
